50% due upon reservation

Balance due at the start of the rental

100% of deposit back if cancelled at least 30 days prior to check in.

0% of deposit returned if cancelled in less than 30 days prior to check in.

Arrival & Departure Notes

Check in between 3pm and 6pm

Check out by 10 am

Marietta or Kristin will greet you upon arrival & assist at departure.

You will be required to provide a passport photo of guest who made the reservation and fill out a form with birthdate & passport number of all adults over the age of 16.

The local commune requires 1 euro per adult per day for up to 5 days. Due upon arrival.

House Rules

Pets welcome – 1-2 well behaved dogs per apartment – guests are responsible for picking up after their dog.

Children Welcome – they must be accompanied by adults at the pool.

No smoking inside villa

No loud noise inside or outside before 8:00 or after 22:00.
